Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business, sales, leadership, or coaching
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven
Strong interest in mindset work, leadership, and personal development
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Comfortable adopting new tools and learning digital systems
Not suitable for students or recent graduates
